Service terms

Enquiry before agreement

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or require payment. We discuss your request and agree the scope and a fixed client-paid service fee before work begins. We receive no supplier commissions.

Purchases and custom orders

Product specifications, supplier terms, payment arrangements and any custom order details must be agreed before confirming a purchase.

Shipping

We arrange door-to-door shipping through DHL or Aramex with a signature on delivery. Shipping costs and estimated timing depend on the destination and service selected, and are discussed before an order is confirmed. If damage is caused on our side, we replace the item and send a new one. Cancellation terms, carrier-related damage, claims procedures and customs arrangements still need to be confirmed before launch.
