Share your brief
Tell us what caught your eye: a piece from a previous visit, a photograph or a clear idea. Share the sizes, colours and budget you have in mind.

Agree the service and fee
We discuss the search and agree a fixed service fee, paid at booking before sourcing begins. We are paid by our clients and receive no supplier commissions.

Review suitable pieces
We share photographs and dimensions, answer your questions and arrange calls to discuss the options. We keep talking until the selected pieces and details are clear.

Coordinate your purchase and shipping
After you confirm the merchandise and payment is made, we coordinate packing and supplier-arranged shipping and send your tracking number. We stay involved through the process.
Packing & shipping coordination
The supplier arranges door-to-door shipping, with our coordination and follow-up. Options may include DHL, Aramex or FedEx; tracking and a signature on delivery are requested. Costs and timing depend on the destination and shipping service you choose. If damage is caused on our side, we replace the item and send a new one.
